This High School Principal's Strict Rule for Parents Is Going Viral.

The Catholic High School for Boys, in Little Rock, AR, is sparking a lot of online conversation after a sign explaining one their strict policies for parents has gone viral. The rule, which is posted outside the school doors, encourages parents to not come to their child's aid if they forget something at home. It reads:

STOP: If you are dropping off your son's forgotten lunch, books, homework, equipment, etc., please TURN AROUND and exit the building. Your son will learn to problem-solve in your absence.
The school posted the sign on its Facebook page, with the caption "Welcome to Catholic High. We teach reading, writing, arithmetic, and problem-solving." The post got shared over 100,000 times, sparking a somewhat heated debate among parents. While some moms called the rule "fantastic" and "awesome," others weren't that happy about it. One commenter said, "If I'm paying you upwards of $10 to $20 thousand a year for my kid to attend your school, I'll bring him whatever I damn well please."
